The Stevie Awards are the world's premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honour and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. In short order, the Stevie has become one of the world's most coveted prizes.
There are eight Stevie Awards programs, each with its own focus, list of categories, and schedule. The program that OPIN was nominated under was The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
This program is open to all organizations worldwide and recognizes the achievements of sales, customer service, and call center professionals. Past winners, in this program, have been IBM, Dell Technologies, MLB, Patagonia, Panera Bread, Delta Vacations, Wells Fargo, Wayfair, American Airlines and more.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
