A Night of Champions
Last weekend, two members of the OPIN team, Ash Ahmadzadeh and Mark Proulx, had the opportunity to join Sport Manitoba's annual Night of Champions awards in Winnipeg, which celebrates sports excellence in Manitoba.

A Night of Champions

We're always proud to support Canadian talent. Over the past year, we, as a company, have become more involved with sports organizations, through both Drupal projects and partnerships - the Canada Games recently announced our national partnership.

As such, we were excited to be one of the sponsors of the 2016 awards, which honours athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and Hall of Fame inductees for their remarkable achievements in amateur sport in Manitoba.

"We've worked with organizations across Canada including all levels of government and private sector. We can say without any bias that we feel fortunate to work with so many sport organizations like Sport Manitoba. To have any part in helping Sport Manitoba engage the community makes us especially proud.Through this partnership I have learned that the sport community is not just about competition and skill and ability, but equally about teaching young athletes life skills like respect, ethics, and fair play," said Proulx.

Congratulations to all the winners, including Sandra Kirby, who won the OPIN Official of the Year award for Rowing. See the full list of winners here.
